In my opinion, one thing that technology has ruined for us is the art of communication. You know, the way it used to be before email, internet, Facebook, and Evites.
Nothing thrills me more than to actually get a letter or invitation IN.THE.MAIL.
Especially when it’s a pretty letter or something on beautiful paper. And thankfully, some companies still focus on providing us with beautiful pieces of paper to use to keep in touch with our loved ones.
For instance, PoppySeed Paper.
PoppySeed Paper has some of the most gorgeous pieces of stationery. They have wedding invitations, birthday party invitations,BBQ invitations, baby announcements, thank you cards, and much much more.

Blake Gray and Robin Shelton met after Hurricane Katrina brought Robin and her family back to Birmingham, Alabama in 2005. Robin is a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College, as is her husband, and they are the parents of two young sons. Blake is a graduate of Montreat College; she and her husband also have two young sons. While out for a walk, Blake stopped by Robin’s home to smell the flowers and introduce herself. A wonderful friendship began that day.
With a mutual love of design and art, they discovered that they had a lot in common. They both wanted an outlet for their creativity but also wanted to be at home with their boys.
After much prayer, discussion and planning, PoppySeed Paper was launched in September, 2008.
Isn’t it great how even though things like Hurricane Katrina can be devastating, they can also be a blessing?

I love the Filigree Green folded note cards. I love Poppyseed Paper. I just ordered 1st Birthday Party invitations for my daughter from them. Customer service is awesome!
