As you know, we love to help out our fellow moms. Especially local moms.
For a few years now, I’ve been reading Vitafamiliae. The author, Lora-Lynn, is a local mom who is not only funny, witty, and beautiful, but she’s a mom of FIVE children under 5 and that to me, makes her a super-mom.
If you can’t tell, her and her husband love kids. They have 5 of their own and are hoping to adopt.
In an effort to help other families who are looking to adopt, they have started making homemade laundry detergent called Hope Suds. Hope suds is an all-natural detergent powder that combines lovely Cheeky Maiden soap with mineral-based borax, washing soda, and baking soda. They add essential oils to give it a fresh scent every time you open the bag. This is a great detergent for sensitive skins. It has been road-tested with several large families (including our own) and found it to be perfectly adequate for cleaning whatever messes that are made.

100% of the proceeds go to assist families in their journey to adopt orphans worldwide. Every load of laundry means Hope and Home to these precious children.
Do Laundry. Save Orphans.
The detergent comes in both citrus and unscented and as mentioned before, is all-natural.
Pretty awesome huh?
To order, all you have to do is visit their website at www.hopesuds.com. And for more information about their products, click here. You can also visit them at the Mt. Laurel Spring Festival next Saturday, April 17th, or at the Pepper Place Market this summer under the Rora Valley Farms sign.
Can’t order Hope Suds right now? How about emailing them at lora dot fanning at gmail dot com and tell them how awesome you think they are for doing this. I bet they’d appreciate it.
