The Birmingham Barons baseball team is looking for part-time employees to enhance our fans’ gameday experience. We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing young ladies (16 and older) to be a part of our promotions team – the PowerAde Power Team. The Power Team is a vital part of our operation as they are directly involved in our fans’ entertainment. Responsibilities include finding contestants and helping with on-field games, tossing out promotional items, handing out giveaways and selling Barons programs.
Pay: $26/game
Power Team dress code is the following:
Power Team jersey (will be provided) or sleeveless shirt (with required undershirt)
Khaki pants on colder days or khaki shorts, and tennis shoes
Hours: 5:30 PM – 10 PM (will change for afternoon games, rainouts, etc)
*The Barons adhere strictly to Alabama ’s Teenage Labor Laws
With so many young people looking for work, this is an excellent opportunity to have a part-time, paying job from April 8 – September 6
(a span of 70 home games).
